Holly Richmond

Holly works within our team in Darwen as a Private Client Solicitor.

Holly had previously undertaken a number of similar roles elsewhere and brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Holly is SRA Accredited, obtained a Post Graduate Diploma – Legal Practice Course as well as a Masters of Law.

Her duties include:

• Preparation of tax efficient wills
• Inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice
• Use of lifetime trusts, often in connection with care fee planning
• Administration of estates (very typically taxable estates)
• Administration of trusts
• Preparing and Registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Applications to the Court of Protection

Outside of the office, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, going on plenty of holidays and shopping sprees.
