If you noticed our offices were closed on Tuesday, it was for a very good reason! To celebrate our growth this financial year and our inclusion in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, our team gathered for a well-deserved break and some friendly competition at our annual Staff Fun Day!

This year’s event was brought to life by The Fun Experts, who set up an amazing mix of inflatable activities and carnival-style games. It was an action-packed day of teamwork and good-natured rivalry, with a team comprised of Jodi Exton, Angela Hague, Catherine Harrison, Daniel Watson, Dawn Stansfield, Tyler Barr, Derek Beddows, Aqsa Umar and Rebecca Hyatt ultimately coming out on top to claim this year’s victory!

Half-time refreshments were catered by the brilliant The Wood Fired Pizza Company and Let’s Go Street Food. With options ranging from authentic wood-fired pizza and vibrant Mexican dishes to classic fish and chips, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Our hosts for the day were Blackburn Rugby Club, who kindly shared their excellent facilities with us and welcomed us to stay on into the evening for a few well-earned drinks.

A day like this doesn’t happen without fantastic support, and we owe a massive thank you to everyone from the above who made it possible!

Finally, we’d like to thank all the staff who attended and contributed to making the event so special. It was a wonderful day of celebration and, while perhaps slightly sunburnt, we are all now back at our desks refreshed and ready to support our clients ahead of what ought to be another exciting year for the firm!
